A day at the ISC in Glasgow to explore what a retreat is, especially for those who have never experienced one before.
There will be opportunities to
•    consider aspects of faith and spirituality
•    discover ways of praying
•    have time in silence and reflection
•    talk over your faith journey
All are welcome, whatever your background.
This day is free, however if you are able to donate anything to help our costs that would be most welcome.

Please bring a packed lunch, tea and coffee provided.
